Rules and Regulations:
- Reservations Recommended!
- ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO RIDE TIME.
- $200 REFUNDABLE security deposit required at check-in.
- ALL driver MUST be 18 yrs old, present a valid gov’t issued photo ID at check-in. If you forget your ID, you can NOT DRIVE!
- Driver’s are NOT PERMITTED to be under the influence of ALCOHOL or DRUGS of ANY KIND. IT IS ILLEGAL!
- For SAFETY purposes, ALL driver’s MUST be able to effectively communicate with our staff in the event of an emergency or during our instructional briefings.
- All Driver’s MUST read safety information sheets provide by the State of Maryland, prior to being issued a TEMPORARY boating certificate to operate a vessels.
- MAXIMUM CAPACITY is 12 people including infants & gear or 2300 lbs. total
- WE WILL NOT OVERLOAD THE BOAT! We will weigh your party if necessary.
- Refund WILL NOT be granted if PARTY IS OVER the weight limit.
- Boats MUST remain in between the MD RT 50 bridge & DE RT 54 Bridge. (NO ASSETEAGE ISLAND).
- Tubing from boats IS NOT permitted.
- Food and drinks are welcome. ** NO GRILLS, NO GLASS**
- Life vests are provided FREE of charge, for use during your rental.
- All prices subject to change. Additional seasonal gas charges may apply.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any one for any reason, as permitted by law.
Reservations:
- BOOK ONLINE or via credit card over the phone: 410-524-1948.
- Coupons MUST be entered when booking online. Discounts WILL NOT be processed at check-in.
- Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hrs. prior to reservation time to receive a refund.
- No same day cancellations
- Refunds WILL NOT be granted for NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS or if the party is OVER the weight limit.
- Refunds typically take a minimum of 3-5 business days to process.
